We just completed a VA loan assumption, and the experience with Veterans United was great! This was a first time experience with an assumption loan, and it seemed that no one, real estate agents, local title company, escrow etc. had any experience or knowledge of the process. If you are ready to buy, have your finances in order, and prepared to provide all the required documentation, Veterans United obviously has the means and abilities to complete the assumption process.This is the way to go if you want a 2021 mortgage rate vs. a 2024 rate. Over the life of our mortgage we will save over $350,000 in mortgage interest fees.

Veterans united was very prompt and helpful however there was some disconnect between myself and the the title place along with the realtor. The lack of steady communication did cause some issues veterans united however did not have that issue thank you for your work
