From start to finish, the loan process with Christopher and team were outstanding. The VU portal provides step by step guide, to-do lists, timelines, videos, and updates. In addition to the portal, Lyndsey Ripper, our loan Coordinator, was fabulous in every way. She is personable, detailed oriented, and thorough. Chris and team have been patient with our gazillion questions, extremely knowledgeable, and creative.
