My family and I want to thank Jake Ferguson's whole team, my realtor team Lu and Brad, from the bottom of our hearts. His team, helped our dream come true. We tried other firms, real estate agencies, agents, escrow companies, and various banks to no avail. Once hurdles or problems were presented, other firms threw us to the curve. This was our last try before deciding if it was best to move out of the country to purchase a home. Thanks to Jake and his team, our dream of living in the rural environment close to other amenities and convenient shopping we were able to not move out farther than expected was able to come true. It was great to know what needed to be done and helped us guage our time line as we went through this process. There were several issues that I felt could have been handled better. A lack of true communication was the biggest stumbling block. VU assumes buyers either know more than they do or assumes you will just let them handle everything and you just go along for the ride. I regret picking VU for this experience. In the future I will make a different choice.
