We would recommend Veterans United to all Veterans! The time, effort and care that was put into our process was amazing. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions. Everyone was patient with us and explained in detail. They made themselves available every time we called and responded to all our questions. Veterans United made the process seamless from pre-approval to closing!
Very poor communication and being mislead on dates put my family in a very bad situation. If Alex and Kat had been forthright in the delay they knew was coming we could have adjusted and dealt with it. Instead the result was a great deal of stress and pushing from me and my agent to get the deal closed, 10 days late. We started off great, then blew up at the end costing me considerable amount of money and time.Would not wish this on anyone, anywhere.
