The process from start to finish was very simple. Everything was completed over the web and the website used to upload requested documents was very user friendly.

The loan process overall was managed very well. A few days before closing a situation developed which forced the closing to a few days later than scheduled. Upon realizing the impact this change created for my fiance and I the VU staff quickly and with no hesitation implemented a solution to decrease the affects of the adjustment.
