This was a first time home buying experience for me. I was initially very worried due to being stationed overseas and trying to purchase a home stateside. However, once I started working with Matthew Reehl, my worries quickly subsided. Mr. Reehl and his team truly took care of me. They helped me through each step of the process, were quick to respond to my questions, and ensured that I had everything I needed. They connected me with a local real estate agent, Ilia Durham, who was awesome as well. She conducted several virtual viewings and provided honest feedback on what she was seeing. This was one of the most STRESS FREE experiences I have encountered. My team was very assuring that they were there to make my home buying experience as pleasant as possible and they did just that. I started my process of looking for a home, in Alabama, while I was still living in MS. After moving to Alabama and being here a few months, I decided to put the search for a home on hold. Throughout that time, the team stayed in constant contact and reassured me that they would still be available whenever I was ready to start my search again. True enough, when I was ready to start my search for a home again, I just made one call and they got the ball to rolling. I was even asked if I was happy with and would be working with the same realtor. That made me feel good because it showed that they were concerned about my process as a whole and not just getting me to sign on a dotted line.
