I started with really bad credit. I got some advice from my team, and followed it. I didn't get serious right away so it took a while to see a difference. When I got serious it was a fast result. Then I got up with my team and got the process rolling. From start to finish the process was easy to follow and the people where great to deal with. I would recommend this team to anyone.

This was my third time (our second as a couple) buying a home with my veteran’s benefit, but the first time using Veterans United. I am convinced, the hype about VU is accurate! From initial contact with our loan officer to the very end, was excellent. There is a lot of documentation to provide, having a VU account, made that easy. The VU team was on top of getting everything together and we had closing estimates early. I will recommend them to everyone and we would use them again.
The online customer portal was a big asset for information and notifications. I wanted to personally thank all parties involved in this process. This experience has made my father’s life as well as mines a lot easier, due to his disability and declining health now that he’s closer to me I can now take care of him without worries.Many Thanks !!!
