Veterans United and their staff are exceptional in their business. The overall process is efficient and streamlined which in today's world imakes the home buying process stress-free and almost easy. Our Loan Officer was a friendly addition to our team to purchase our forever home. She explained everything from the start, made sure we were aware of every step, and if we did have a question, we never had to re-ask or wait for an answer. Veterans United and their staff upholds the very honor and respect that us Veterans stand and serve for. It was a pleasure to work with them to purchase our home. The last two survey's were an unexpected expensive inconvenience for us. We were in a flood zone and need an elevation survey and an improvement property survey we found out at the 11th hour. Mr. Miller called and apologized that they had over looked these. Andy and Holly were always very nice. They have great people personalities. Our first agent Adam; was excellent and when he left his position it set us back three or more months. At Closing the Lender sent the $140,000 check to the wrong Title company. That was a crazy.

Veterans United really knew the ins and outs of the VA home loan compared to some of their competitors. The overall experience was much more personal than just calling a customer service line with questions. I loved that i worked with the same team of individuals the whole time, and they got to know me and made all the leg work of the home buying process seem like a breeze. Very streamlined program and knowledgeable staff. I didnt ever have a question go unanswered. I wont buy a home with out Veterans United again!
