Janet is awesome. Always checked in on me to make sure my needs were met!

Very helpful, great communication. The specialists and the website we're clear and concise and provided tips and other information about the whole process. Highly recommend.

Friendly, very helpful, great communicator, knowledgeable an very professional....this is how I would describe our loan specialist, Maureen O'Hare. This is the second opportunity that we have had to work with her on our mortgage and refi and she does not disappoint in the great service department. ...Kate and Lou Muren

The Veterens United team did an excellent job of explaining our options and making us feel comfortable and informed every step of the process.

Veterans United was recommended by a friend who had only great things to say about them, now I am recommending them to some other friends and whoever reads this. It's actually an easy process for the borrower as they do most of the work, the app for doing your part is very simple to use if that's the way you choose to go. Communication was great I don't remember going to voicemail once, they answered every time I called and responded to text and email very quickly. The best thing you can do is talk to them before you go somewhere else, it worked out great for us, give them a chance to do the same for you.

Josh was very helpful throughout the entire process. He always returned my calls and had answers for all the question I had. I felt like I could trust him. ( he earned that ) All in All I felt Very good about the service I received.Roger Oliver

Shane was very informative and helpful, he made the transition to my new home incredibly simple. Shane was also available whenever I called to answer any question related to my loan process that I had. I experienced a very smooth and organized process. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to any potential home buyers. Thank you Veterans United for getting me into my first beautiful home.

Don't back down on what you the veteran tell the people of veterans United to do. Stick to your guns and remind them that they work for you not the other way around. However be reminded these service people at veterans United do this day in and day out. Be patient where its needed but unyielding if necessary. Vets United will make sure that you get the very best.

In the early month of February 2019 I had come across an ad on the computer for refinancing homes for veterans. Well I texted on line and was introduced to Dava turk and Morgan Robinson. These two were a pleasure and patience individual to work with. I really did not have to much knowledge for today’s technology and computer skills. As frustrating as it was for me they walked me thru very gently and made me not give up. Well in April of 2019; my paper work finally was completed and they quickly had me receiving my refinancing loan right away. Thanks to the staff at veterans home loans.

Wonderful experience. We are so glad to have found our home!

Very helpful and easy to work, I have a somewhat complicated income to verify. (Lots of guaranteed overtime) the team was great on getting what was needed. And still managed to close in about 30 days.

Veterans United has helped our journey of becoming home owners very successful. We are proud to be veterans united homeowners. They made our journey easy and stress free. I highly recommend veterans united

The folks at Veterans United were the best people to work with in the stressful home buying process for Veterans. They were always there when you needed help. Take their referrals for real estate agents. Amazing experience with Veterans United!

Mark and his team were great to work with. Open, honest, and strait to the point about the requirements needed to get the loan and home buying process completed in a timely manner.

Under-promise and over-deliver. Instead, VU Over-promised and under-deliverd. I've gone through 4 VA loans now and this was by far the worst. Communication was extremely poor. If they would have just told us on Day 1 that we couldn't refinance for 6 months, my review would be completely different. Did they get us the loan? Yes. But they came across like a bunch of rookies that don't really know what they're doing. They consistently missed deadlines and scrambled to get things done. I had to ride them constantly to get results. Once we got past the 180 day hurdle, they got the loan closed quickly. Biggest thing they could do is improve up-front communication and expectation setting.

Chad, we apologize for our error early on in the process. Understandably, it is frustrating to hear one thing and then later be told another that impacts your timeline. We appreciate your willingness to stick things out and we are glad that in the end, everything worked out for you. We will ensure this experience is used to help prevent similar situations in the future.
I did not have the credit score during the time of purchasing a home and Veteran United helped me throughout the whole process of getting the score I needed. They were extremely helpful and always contacted me for further assistance/guidance. My family and I are so grateful for Veteran United because they made our dream a reality.

Throughout the entire process of buying a home my wife and I never felt out of place or overwhelmed. Everything went smoothly.

This was my second time using Veterans United for my home buying process. One of the great things about VU is that they ONLY do VA loans, so they are intimately familiar with the entire process end to end. A of mine named Stuart that I did two tours with downrange bought a home (without telling me!) and he went through the home builders financing company for his VA Loan. His 30 close ended up being nearly a 50 day close because the company had done very few VA loans and was inexperienced navigating the process. Don’t be like Stuart, use Veterans United and close on time.
