Seth was very easy to work with and always address any of our questions we had along the way. I am very happy with the overall loan process with our team we had. If you are reading the "bad" reviews I would highly recommend taken them with a grain of salt. Everyone always wants to blame the lender for their own issues. I would highly recommend reaching out, I got an AMAZING rate with them, beats any one else's out of the water. The title company even stated "you rarely see that rate" when signing.
