Even the title company raved about how impressed they were with them! We were cleared to close in 12 days. Unbelievable!! Our personal loan specialist Matthew Czerwonka was incredible! I would definitely recommend you request him.
Overall experience was way easier than I had anticipated! With a few minor hiccups we were well on our way. The lighthouse program was phenemonal and within about 6 weeks they had helped me qualify and be approved. As messed as my credit was I never thought I'd be able to own my own home. Its quite emotional to finally be a homeowner! I have already started talking to fellow veterans and military folks about how easy the whole process was.

The whole process is excellent. First off I love the fact that I can do everything online. Being a busy person it was nice to just scan and upload documents along the way. Everything along the way was very clear and I knew what was expected of me as well as where the loan process was at. My loan team never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience if I had a question, and were sure to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. I will definitely be encouraging other veterans to utilize Veterans United.
