The loan processing department is not communicating with closing attorneys office.
We uploaded all required information in Veteran’s United but the attorney’s office is asking same information from us.

Mitch and his team was very helpful to me in raising my credit and getting me the mortgage at a good rate.
Towards the end I seemed to think we had some confusion. I was told I needed 5 documents and when I challenged it it quickly became 2. I don't know if we would have made the closing date if I didn't push. Daren was great support staff has a couple of hickups. Outstanding overall.

The online service of Veterans United made home buying as quick and easy as it could be; which is GREAT for a high stress experience in first time buyers. I love the To-Do list and that I was able to look at any documents, as long as I have online access. The loan team was great. The only mishap I had was getting a request for documents at an inconvenient time with a short time frame. However, it turned out to be an easy adjustment with no worries. And if that’s my only complaint, I think I’m very fortunate. VU also surprised me with a personalized blanket which really put a cherry on top and put my spirits up for home buying again. Would definitely recommend
