Good company and good rates. Make sure you research your actual loan specialist and stay on top of them. Some of them aren't interested in communicating until it's time to leave a review.

The whole process from start to finish with Eric and his team was stress free and easy as far as home buying goes. They answered any question I had, big or small.
I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of help with all my questions I had in the process of buying my first home. My real estate agent ended up being the best help for me, absolutely amazing service from her but disappointed with the service I got from both loan officers involved with my VA home loan. The lack of help with my questions and lack of communication contributed to my stress and made my buying experience not as exciting as it should've been. As a new home buyer I shouldn't feel like I'm expected to understand all the paperwork without someone breaking things down for me.
