Veterans United was awesome to work with . I would recommend them to any veteran looking to be guided through the purchase process
It was easy to get started but became frustrating toward the end. There was a lack of communication at the end. Twice someone told me we needed an extra $4200-4500 Like it was no big deal. The last time was a week before we closed. That’s a lot of money to come up with in a week and there was no explanation for it until I asked and did some digging. Also everyone assumed we knew how everything was supposed to be. No explanation of how things would go or who would be where for closing and whatnot. Lack of communication is very frustrating for me.
Tony is such a dedicated professional. His expertise simplifies everything. On top of his tremendous professional abilities, he is a truly outstanding person. Cannot say enough good things.

I have to also mention Cassie March and Ryan Alder. Ryan got this whole thing going and his attitude and professionalism matched what I had experienced from Mason. Cassie was there for me with every question or concern I had with every document or “to-do”. She kept me on track and knew my schedule to help make sure everything stayed on track. She also dealt with my realtor when she could because she knew I was unavailable at the time.
