They helped us every way they could and buying a home 2 state's away. Being a first time home buyer and really not knowing what to expect and then throwing a pandemic on top of it ? All I can say is 5 star service all the way and I usually don't leave reviews.

After struggling to secure a home loan (FHA, Conventional, and VA) through various other lenders following a PCS move that resulted in us having to do a deed in lieu a few years ago, we stumbled upon Veterans United. I was pessimistic at first but when I was told by Kimberly that she easily secured a COE for my husband to use his VA second tier benefits (something we had never heard of before), I was shocked! From then on, the process was super efficient. We closed on our brand new home yesterday! The whole process took just over a month and the VU website makes everything super easy. I’ll recommend BU to everyone from now on.
