We were funded early and had zero problems at closing... Which is great since I have a new born due any second! Awesome work Team!
This was my first time buying a house, and not to mention my husband was deployed through the entire process. Tim Spears really helped make it such an easy process. He answered any questions I had, stayed on top of our loan process from start to finish and provided a lot of information leading to important decisions. He made me feel 100% comfortable, and that I could trust his opinion throughout the entire process. Would definitely reccomend using Tim if you are looking for someone trustworthy, hardworking, and nice!

Our home buying was a long process. It took a few years to get everything set up. Our credit scores were very low they worked with us until we reached our goal which took at least 2 years.
