I have not mentioned this to any of you before; but I called USA Today before I called you. They did not try to make a very makeable mortgage loan. . As a retired Wells Fargo CEO, I fully understand that a loan officers job is to find a reason to make the loan, and not to decline it. You need to consider advertising! No veteran knows your name; much less that you are the number one VA Lender.

Our realtor was the one good experience with this whole thing. Because of the VA United we were about to become homeless, we gave them a date that we needed to be in the new house and it was like it was acknowledged and then completely forgotten. It doesn’t help that being we are about 3 weeks past the target date due to previously mentioned problems with the va United and approaching a deployment and a 45 day tdy and we are just now getting into the house. This was overall a disappointment

Kim and her staff here in Mountain Home, Idaho are top notch. I was able to communicate with each and every one of them. She and her staff are friendly, polite, and very professional. Kim listened to my needs, helped me to ensure that I had all the information that I needed and kept me on track throughout the process. We did not have any hiccups. She and her staff let me know immediately when I needed to electronically sign documents, which I truly appreciated, because I don't always check my emails, but with their texts I knew to do so asap.On top of the loan process, Kim was able to recommend a local realtor to me, whom I did choose to work with.
