I’ve been a USAA member for over 20 years and used them for our first 2 home purchases. We were not satisfied with our last home purchase with them so decided to try something different on this home. Night and Day difference. Our Team aka “Jessica Messing” with Veterans United was amazing. She was very quick to respond to any questions and contacted us immediately if she needed anything from us. The document process was incredibly easy. We will definitely use them for any future purchases. I am 30 weeks pregnant, did a 5 day road trip that ended late the night before closing day, had the flu for 2 weeks, and this was our third attempt to buy a house - and I STILL thought this whole process was awesome and easy and stress-free.
