The preapproval was very extensive and everyone was very efficient. The actual loan process was a bit more stressful and less efficient.

I had never heard of Veteran's United until they contacted me via a Zillow.com home purchase interest. I really like the online portal and how easy it is to upload documents to the website. Overall, VU did help us get into a house in a relatively short time frame but communication was an issue.
