Chris, Sarah and Jennifer were so wonderful during my home buying process. Supportive in my failed searches and so encouraging. Offering an answer and so much knowledge with every question and concern I had. My first home buying process came with a few bumps but they made it a smooth breeze! So thankful for VU and the amazing folks that helped make all of this possible!

For my wife being a veteran you think things would have been handled better. We had one rep and then she disappeared and she was great and we never were told what happen. Then the info wasn’t correct as far as our down payment amount and the day we were suppose to close and we didn’t get to close the time we wanted too. This was a long process everything should have been ready and it wasn’t. Very stressful to work with them hope they are better with future veterans
