It was a very seamless process and I was living overseas at the time, attempting to buy a home state side. Change in duty station is stressful enough and communication was spot on. They even helped with expediting the closing date to ensure I had a home to go to, rather than paying for more lodging fees. This is the second time I’ve used Veterans United and I will go to them again if I purchase another home.

I love Veterans United. The application process is simple and clear. The portal is a wonderful tool. The team was very quick to respond with any questions. Would have helped if when I asked about putting money down to lower my payment if they had explained about reducing the interest rate instead of the amount of the loan. Otherwise it was a really good experience. Thank you Veterans United team.
