Veterans United and their staff truly seem to want and try to do the best they can for their customers and I have always been pleased with their service. However, this last home loan was a bit more stressful and at times felt like the agents were too busy doing other things and not keeping up with communication and paperwork. The end result was great and what we wanted, but getting there was a bit stressful at times. Maybe their workloads are too much?
Veterans United are great to do business with. I bought and have also done a refi with them. I would highly recommend them!

The overall process was pleasant. The team is professional and courteous. I had several questions throughout the process and always received clear explanations in a timely manner. The paperwork was kept up to date and organized. The closing was quick and easy with no mistakes or issues. I wish every business transaction could be like this one.
The ease of application and working with the on line documentation was exceptional. The only complaint I had was the lack of communication when my Closing Document changed several times in the final weeks. The only way I knew that I had a new statement was to check my email, now this is fine but, in the final days a phone call with some explanation is my preference. Overall Kelly's team was very professional in handling my account and providing explanations that I could understand.
It has been weeks since I closed and I have still not been given all of the funds I am owed.
