I really appreciate Veterans United...twice they have helped me purchase a home and both times I knew they had my back. I am the widow of a fallen veteran, after his death, I needed to relocate...The process of a home loan is so major, but Veterans United always kept communications open with me and made the end result a smooth transaction..
They are great people who make everything much easier, quicker and simple to go through the process.. I reccomend them.
Jason Lacey was very proffessional and helped me in reducing my homeowners insurance in half, as well as qualifying for the loan with the underwriters.
Look elsewhere. Yeah, I got my house but the process was frustrating. I don't know how this organization has a high satisfaction rating. I was not impressed.
Response from Veterans United
Richard, We strive to make every loan experience special with set expectations that are attainable. However, there are some times when there are hurdles outside of our control that will delay things. We want to invite you to reach out to our Client Advocate team to discuss further and to address any questions or concerns. I appreciate your time for filling out this honest survey and will be ready to assist further.
Good experience!
I would consider assigning an appraiser that’s willing to give the best experience possible to veterans. We have some hiccups with my appraiser which made it feel like using this lender was not in the best interest of the veteran due to her appraisal. Overall, other than that, I loved the work ethic of VA United Loans and their customer service throughout the home buying process.
Everyone that I had contact with at Veterans United was very professional and helpful. This is my second time using their service and would certainly do so again.
