Veterans United made buying our first home such an easy process and were there to answer all our questions form start to finish.
Veterans United not only smoked checked other competitors with rates customer service and even the ease of their mortgage tools online were above the rest. Only suggestions I would have is to develop an internal paper that goes within the mortgage teams that keeps track of what the customer has done and sent. In the military we had a similar type document that went on top and was a router type document that way can keep track and limit the work the team has to do. Few occasions josh molly and Sarah asked for same thing nearly same time.. which was great show they care and are on the ball. Just a suggestion to help future packages.
