Andrea was very attentive and displayed excellent customer service throughout the whole loan process from pre approval to closing. On numerous occasions she answered my questions outside of business hours to help explain anything that was unclear or unfamiliar to me as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family knowing that she would take great care of them as well. Thanks to Andrea I will be recommending veterans United to any friends of mine in the military who are looking to purchase a home.

Veteran Affairs made a mistake that almost disqualified me from the loan, so you took longer to qualify me.

Personal communication did not exist. Closing disclosures were all over the place for a month. Explanations of many topics never discussed. Incredibly disappointed.
