I was not aware my closing cost was not included in the loan. Apparently that information was in frequently asked questions instead. I would make that information available in the to do list so the customer is tracking the need for a cashier's check. Also the need of. Water test was overlooked and held up closing.
Everything was perfect, I did recommend Veterans United to my nephew who is looking for a house and using Veterans United for his mortgage.
The process was laid out very well and using the website to do everything is great.
