Dealing with the loan team was a good experience, very professional and worked in a timely matter. I felt that the underwriting person was slow at requesting paperwork. It almost appeared that they asked for things one at a time. I felt things could have moved faster if the requested items at the same time.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I cannot imagine any way that they could have done more to help me with my VA loan process. It was fast, as easy as getting a big loan could be, and low-stress. Thanks for everything, Ty!

Very refined process, especially for a first time buyer. Refinancing seems a bit more tedious but still a fairly smooth process. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I would use them again, no doubt.
