Was concerned about signing given the fact that Fed was talking about reducing rates further very soon in light of the plummeting stock market but was assured that, should that happen soon, perhaps we could do this again without the burden of closing costs. Is this still true? It appears Fed will be substantially reducing rates again soon.

This is a very good way to go, preapproval is very fast and easy and they are very familiar with the VA loan process.
