If you don't have computer skills, you will need help downloading documents. This was the hardest part.

Eldon, thank you for that advice for other Veterans. While we do offer a secure, online portal for document sharing, we can work via fax or regular mail service as well. We strive to make the VA loan approval process as easy as possible for each Veteran.
