Kollin, Lauren, and Eddie did a great job. Faren even did outstanding while filling in for Lauren for a few days. I know it wasn't the loan team's fault, but your underwriters leave something to be desired. When a client gives more than ample information to prove a previous property is free and clear of any debt and off the credit report, that should be enough, but apparently... Again the loan team was stellar, but you need to get a new team of underwriters.
This is a dream come true, I was skeptical but Matt assured me it was as simple as it seemed. The whole team at veterans united are great, they told us step by step what was happening, what they needed from us and we flew through the whole process in a month. We will be enjoying Christmas morning in our new home, I couldn't ask for a better experience, thank you so much!
