there should be a way to ask for every single possible document not asking for something new every other day. allow the customer to upload everything in a timely fashion so if there’s errors in the process they can be found in a timely manner and close on time.

Extremely long and drawn out underwriting phase. Seems at times the underwriter was just nit picking for things! The VU staff was very good to deal with and other than the underwriting process all went very smooth.
