It takes a bit longer to go this route but in the end it is worth the extra few days. Because the money they saved me was well worth the wait. I’m grateful for that being on a limited budget. Which I’m sure as maybe you as a first time home buyer maybe with a family there are no extra pennies floating around. These were great people to work with. I’m glad I made the call.

I would say set your expectations early. If you expect timely correspondence think again, phone calls often go unanswered and emails are answered once a day sometimes, this caused undue stress in our case.
