Jeremy Anderson was my main guy throughout this and he was always there making himself available for good questions as well as stupid questions. Ha. I had a very time sensitive, long-distance situation and Jeremy made time on a couple Saturdays to move the ball forward and help me secure my new townhome I moved into yesterday. I’m so thankful for Veterans United, Jeremy, and the other folks who supported this home purchase along the way.Highly recommended!!!
I think my late husband would have been very happy with VU. Knowing how fast and professional everyone was, he would have been grateful that you looked out for us.The only thing that was slacking was the time in between the payment for the Appraisal and the actual Appraisal. I didn't understand why it took over 2 weeks.Thank you for the glasses, I will enjoy them. Thank you for our forever home. If we ever buy again in future it will not be through Veterans United because this has been the worse experience we’ve ever had.

Overall, my Loan got completed but the entire process took much longer than projected. I've used a VA loan 2 other times in the past (using brick and mortar lenders) and they went smoother and quicker than Veteran's United did.There were added fees added on that I gave proof should not be there (multiple times) yet they were still there at Closing. I was given a refund but that amount is still added to the loan and charged interest for 30 years. I had problems getting replies to emails as well which is disappointing during a time where I want to be "overly informed". I also had to re-accomplish steps that were at no fault of my own but because the process took too long so the information was now out of date. I was hoping for a smoother process but it was my worst VA Loan experience out of 3. In closing, they'll get the job done but don't have extremely high expectations.

Veterans United has a system set up that truly puts veterans first. Like many veterans my credit situation had me convinced that I would not ever be able to own a home. Veterans United has all of the resources necessary to make the dream of owning a home possible. I will be recommending Veterans United to any vet I know who is looking to purchase a home.
Veterans United has helped me from the beginning to the end of my process of buying a home. For some reason i don't think that it's going to stop there. i know they will reach out to me to check up on me. i really feel that i was apart of a company that cared about me as a person and as a veteran. i felt that i could talk to any staff member of my loan team about anything. they made me feel as if i had no worries about being a home owner. thank you Veterans United! The online system was absolutely incredible. The home shopping and buying process can be very lengthy and stressful but the mortgage process was remarkably streamlined. At no time did I have to print, fax, manage, or physically sign bank paperwork(except at closing). Everything I needed to submit to veterans united was added to my online check list with its own detailed description and link to upload it as a file or even just take a picture of it. I was shocked, as was my Realtor, by how convenient it was.

Veterans United was outstanding from start to finish. Quick response when I started my inquiry and because of that I didn't even consider using another lender. The entire process was seamless and easy. Love Veterans United and will definitely use them again!
I recommend veterans united because everyone takes time to walk you step by step through the entire process weather you are a first time buyer or experienced buyer. These people take time with you to make the process in buying a home easy with little or no stress. Everyone is great and I highly recommend veterans united to everyone.
