My purchase should be used for training. It is clear there wasn’t a lot of experience dealing with a vet that previously purchased a home in another country before returning to the USA to use the VA loan.
It was my first home buying experience in the USA, definitely not something I hope to ever do again. My team was awesome though. Really went out of their way to try to walk me thru it as there were terms and procedures I was unfamiliar with.
