I think the loan officer need to participate more with the loan coordinator. having trouble with my loan coordinator the loan officer jumped in immediately per my request. To be honest with you it may have just been my personality with my conflict with Zac. He did a wonderful job he tried very very hard Dealing with me. I didn’t like what I was being told although it was necessary to get the loan through
I’m a first time homebuyer and the process was flawless. I kept getting compliments about how smooth the whole process was.
