My loan team(Chris Stieffermann, Jon Ouk, Neil Hansen) was incredible. When items were needed, I was contacted right away so I could turn in the information as quickly as possible. Highly recommend Veterans United. They really care about veterans. Please know that if you do what they ask you to do by turning in correct documentation timely (to-do list), not acquire any new debt after applying for mortgage loan, continuing to pay your bills on time and keeping in touch with your team about any issues that arise etc, you should be good to go. Side note: NO NEW APPLICATIONS/DEBT BEFORE LOAN FUNDED!! Loan preapproval in 2 days with closing in 26 days for this first-time Army Veteran homebuyer (single mom)!
