Overall excellent service. The only thing we have is that we are more phone conversation people. Specially with our fast pace life style with one working night shift one on days and a child. Phone calls are needed so clarity is received to get documents back soon as possible. As we strive to provide all information within a couple hours of being asked for it. No communication, I bought a home for 277k how about a little information on how much fees are going to be not say ok and how much do you want a loan for? I don’t know? Well just pick a number and you’ll come out of pocket at the signing date because I see you have money in your account! How about asking how we want to pay closing! Instead it’s also a surprise and I’ll pay out of pocket at closing. And sending the SAME information over and over and over is ridiculous
