I would recommend any vet to use this program. They are very responsive to any questions I had. The refinance went very smoothly, They did a great job.
If a loan specialist is getting a promotion do not assign that person to work with someone who is trying to buy a house in a short amount of time due to having to call multiple times and multiple emails so at the end they can say I am getting promoted and won’t be working with you and as soon as I got someone else everything went smooth and got the answers needed quick
I have delt with other companies in the past. But Veterans United was by far the easiest and most helpful company I have delt with. I would recommend all my Veteran friends to check here first.

Very easy simple process
We worked with Bryant and couldn't have been happier! Bryant and his team worked with my busy schedule (amidst a deployment, no less) to ensure that my wife and I were informed of our loan progress every step of the way. He was patient with us as we ran the numbers on numerous properties and was unfailing patient and courteous. Veterans United also has an online checklist that was very user-friendly and made us feel comfortable that we weren't missing any step of the process. Highly recommend!
