The VA homebuyers assist you along the way and go out of their way to help! Which is much appreciated, especially since this is the first time for Us buying a home. Michael Ellis truely cares for his clients and their well being!

Be prepared to give your life history. The information provided will be checked numerous times, as it feels nothing is accepted as valid.

This is a respectable home buying org for vets. Especially for old school vets like me. They are very professional and courteous they helped every step of the way. Thanks love my new home. Harold Wise.

Trust the process and explain what you're looking for in your initial call. Be clear and they will work hard to find what you're looking for.

Thanks!!

Do wish they do better on communication.

We cannot truly explain the positive home buying experience that we had with Veterans United. This was my second time around buying a home and I was fearful to even begin. Yet when I spoke with Michael Ellis from Veterans United I felt a sense of "I can do this". He quickly pulled up my VA information and determined my eligibility, gathered income information, credit information and we were off and running. Veterans United takes the time to walk you through the process, answer your many questions, provides online videos that explains every process, and everything including signing documents can be done online, how easy is that? Not once did I become frustrated or feel, "this is not working". If you are honest and upfront about yourself and provide the necessary documents and other paperwork quickly, your chances of completing the home buying process with positive results is almost guaranteed. If you are lucky enough to obtain Michael Ellis and his team at Veterans United you can rest assured that you will be his top priority, his head of the line client and that you will be treated with respect and integrity. That is what Veterans United will do for you. Respectfully,Lorenzo and Louise Renteria.

They made the process very easy and I would highly recommend to any veterans trying to buy a house.

Our experience with Veterans United has been the easiest loan process that we have ever experienced. Having 900 miles distance between our previous home and the new one was a little scary but Aaron and his assistant , Mallory Licklider made it so much easier. Mallory was fantastic. I would definitely go to this company again and recommend them highly for all of your loan needs.

like i said mr cooper allen to me . did a poor jobe
Response from Veterans United
Hey John, we're sorry you were not completely satisfied with your home purchase. Please contact our Client Advocate team if you'd like to share more about what led you to feel this way.

Zach, Britney, and their team at VU went above and beyond to ensure I received the best rate possible! The fees were low, response times were fast, and the process was easy! Over the life of the loan, I anticipate saving over $120k after dropping my rate 1.5%!!

Home buying can be stressful, but if you have the right professionals with, such as a great realtor and a team line Jon McCarty working with will clearly reduce the street.

This is the second time working with Veterans United and both times were great because of Danny Kliethermes and his team. They all communicate great and on a very timely basis. I would highly recommend the company and everyone that we dealt with.Lloyd & Annita Richards
