Communication was very good. Process rather extensive and intrusive. Fortunately there was enough time in closing date to complete the transaction.

We started our home buying process in April 2019, but had to put it on hold as I lost my job. Fast forward to September of 2019, I had secured new permanent employment, nad began the process again. The only thing that I would say should be added in the beginning stages is tell the customer if their check stubs have a different name on them and then the person they work for and they will have to have a note from employer stating that is the same company so it doesn’t get kicked back from underwriting.
Everything handled quickly and proffesionally. This our second time with Veterans United and will use them again if we need mortgage help.
