We started our home loan right before Coronavirus stuff. So it was a different situation but everything moved fast. We closed 6 days early.

Megan from the very beginning did not give much attention to detail. She didn't review all of our checking accounts until less than 24 hours before closing. All the way down to closing there was a constant lack of attentiveness and follow through. When we finally closed, which was late, the closing costs went up 3 times the original amount. She didn't even call us to congratulate us the day we closed. A day later she called and asked to give her a good review.
