The team I worked with are exceptional. They answered every question in depth. They are the process so easy and pleasant. With all of my mortgages I feel every detail of my life had to be inspected. Line by line of my bank account and I was told to stop any recurring payment they considered non-essential. Your team never once ask me anything of the like. Even the closing was easy, I didn't have nearly the amount of paperwork to sign as I had in past closings. I am literally blown away by the whole process, the wonderful team of workers and the low stress levels this was.
Awesome job again by Kevin Reichert and team with my home refi. Called Kevin, asked whether I should refi or not. He did the math and said it was worth it. So painless too. He got me a much better interest rate. And the closing was even more convenient than original home closing. They sent an notary title agent to my home. All done in less than 45 minutes. We initially financed our home loan with VU two years ago, and we’re going through a refinance now with the lower interest rates, and increase home values. We found the process extremely tedious (over 61 “to do’s”and duplicative. We were asked to resubmit forms that we had just filed two years previous including eligibility of veteran status, which needed multiple re-verifications.
