We first applied in June, 2017. Due to my husband's work history, we were not approved. Our Loan Specialist, Rob Weigand told us what needed to be done, and suggested we re apply in a year or so. In June, 17, 2019 we reapplied, got pre-approved within a few days, found a home we liked and put an offer on July, 15, 2019. We got the keys to our house on Aug, 19th, 2019. The process is so simple! All documents they asked for are documents easy to obtain. I highly recommend Veterans to take advantage of this amazing benefit. Veteran's United has a great team of people working for them. My concerns were addressed & answered in a timely fashion. They have great communication with each other and everyone else throughout the loan process. I appreciated the extra info they sent to help make sure we stayed on track to be able to close. Not stray into something like a vehicle loan that may have compromised our ability to get the home loan we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
