Veterans United was great to work with. I have heard horror stories about how difficult buying a home can be, but with Veterans United and their system they have in place it really was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Refreshingly easy process. Preapproval was given almost instantaneously. They laid out what was expected of me from the beginning all the way to underwriting and closing. There are tons of thorough questions VU asks but that’s expected when you’re borrowing that kind of money. Buying a home with them was exponentially easier than buying a car or getting a personal loan in the past. 10/10 would recommend to any vets out there.

The Veterans United mortgage process is quick and easy with their app and to do list. The people I interacted with were friendly and very responsive during the whole process. Everything was explained and put on the table and no question was left unanswered.

Veterans United has delivered exactly what they promised on both my loans. There procesz is very simple yet offers great tutorial videos on any part of process if you have queztions. My loan officer, Jodi, even responded on weekends to any questions I had. Great company and I will diffenitely tell others.
My team was professional, straight to the point, and was clear and concise in the explanation and guidance for our first time homebuyers experience. Including the educational videos that helped guide us as to what to expect through the process. Presley Vaughan was outstanding and letting us know what was going on with our loan with step by step instruction.
