Thank you so much to my Loan Team, It has been an AMAZING journey. As a first time home buyer I don't know what to expect. I was terrified the qualification process. Much less to reach to the end of it. I took a leap of faith and prepared to accept whatever the result/outcome might be. Until Mr. Frisby delivered the good news of my first pre-qualification approval. Since then my home buying journey began.I thought it was going to be a lengthy and bumpy process that I began to hold my breath and walking tip-toed to continued my home buying journey as far as it will takes me. From start to finish my Loan Team was working very hard and always there to help guide me. Mr. Frisby is gracious enough to answer and explained all of my questions regarding Real Estate language that I don't understand. E doc's sign is the best thing ever... with my busy schedule I can take care of my to do list after work. Its very convenient and it made my home buying journey process incredibly painless and easy. I was very impressed how fast they processed my loan. Finally the most awaiting 'CTC arrived. I feel relieve, all that hard work paid off. I can finally breathe easier and sleep better now. I am done signing the last Doc's to close escrow yesterday and I'm just waiting now to get keys to my new house. "YAY!" It hasn't really sunk in yet, still can't believe it's happening for real. I am very thankful and grateful to Veterans United for helping me own a home that was something I thought would be impossible. Amber Brown made our dreams come true! We are first time home buyers. The sellers wanted a 30 day escrow and she made that happen. We know this is not always possible because everyone's escrow is different.. but she got forms out and we sent back requested items quickly. She is a great team mate. She is courteous and caring. She communicates well with everyone involved, and even took action when she was out of the office. We really appreciate her dedication to veterans and their families!
