A very easy and smooth process
It can seem like a lot especially when you don't know the steps, but trust me when I say their teams actually care. The staff is so helpful and it's just... well I'm at a lost for words. I can still call and ask questions if need be and that's rare in companies. No question was too miniscule. Anything you need to know they will help you. I'm just happy and thankful for the team I had. Let Veterans United help you find your dream home like they helped me.
I suggest better training and giving all information and needed paperwork clearly at the start instead of piecemeal.

Veterans United has served us well, now for the second time. Our original home purchase was literally a breeze with the help of Matt LaTorre and his loan team. Overall a very good experience. They were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. In the beginning, when I was trying to get pre approved for a loan, it felt like everyone's feet were dragging a little bit and I was trying to move quickly on a home. The process got finished on time thankfully and was able to have my offer accepted. There was a team that I worked with a team and everyone was very knowledgeable but there were times of everyone had their hand in the cookie jar and it got a little hectic. The online portal was super easy to use, however, documents sometimes wouldn't go through and they asked for the same documents over and over again. I will definitely use VU again at a later time.

My loan officer Asli Wissman was exceptional. She turnes negatives into positives, and over comes obstacles. She sends to do list that can be completed on your smartphone. She's available for questions and advice. She made me feel like I had a lawyer by my side.

Neat decision we ever made was to go with Veterans United for our VA Home Loan. The entire process was easy and painless and our agent and processor were extremely informative great at getting back to us on questions and all around great professionalism we will absolutely reccomend to anyone considering a VA Home Loan!
