I really feel as though Veterans United cared about me as an individual and not just a business transaction. I don’t know what anyone else reading this has heard or experienced but if you get your documentation to them in a timely matter and just support them in taking care of you I promise you will get approved. Veterans United Home Loans has an amazing team. We appreciated that we had people to help communicate with us and the realtor regarding every aspect of the loan and underwriting process. It was great having someone help us research and secure home owner's insurance, and also look into utilities for our new home. It was also really helpful having an online system where you could easily upload documents and images. The online system was simple to track where your paperwork was in the process, what was still needed, how to get what was needed, and when each task was completed. Our home loan specialist, Shawn, was nothing short of amazing as well. His expertise, guidance, support, and patience were much appreciated.
