Amazing job by everybody I worked with. I'm not the most organized person. I was missing paperwork and such. They were very patient with me and kept on me to get stuff done. They answered every question I had and more. Highly recommend.

This was my third, and final time purchasing a home. It has been the most thorough process of the three, and I'm assured there will be no unforeseen issues after the settlement. I have had experiences when the closing date was changed several times, at the last minute, and once I didn't know what funds I needed until the day of closing. The Veteran's United team were all professionals, and it was quite obvious they knew their targeted audience. There were no questions unanswered, and the entire process was smooth. I would definitely recommend Veteran's United to all of my friends, and family members.
The Loan team and realtors associated with Veteran Home loans have been the best Home purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had. My loan officer communicated with me throughout each phase of the process and was always willing to jump on a phone call if she saw I was stressing. There's also several videos on the website that explains everything from the Pre-Approval to what to expect at Closing and each milestone in-between.
