Their step by step process was very easy to negotiate. Always new exactly what was going on. The lender we first had would only contact us if there was something to submit or sign, then once we did as asked we were left wondering what was taking place.
Rob worked very hard on our loan and was very helpful in the entire home buying process.
Minimal problems when going through the process, however our loan specialist Mike Wilson was ahead of most issues that we experienced.

The only suggestion that I can think of is that, If you provide a realtor for someone, make sure that they don't have a full case load, so that they can actually help the person.
