Loan officer and real estate agent and seller/buyer should have more input on the process
We would recommend Kyle as a loan officer 100%. As a first timer he made it easy and made us feel like we were a priority. He responded quickly to our inquires, and we felt as though our business was important to him. A+. That being said, the concierge service offered by VU sounded great, but fell flat. Lauren went totally dark and we were left scrambling the day of closing trying to set everything up in our name. We only received information about our new utilities from her, the day after we moved in and had already done the research and work ourselves. Also, we would not recommend the VU recommended realtor Christina. Not worth the discount. Do your own research and select the realtor based on your homework. Don't let the discount drive your decision. Choose a realtor with a solid track record. Just our advice from one vet family to another.
