As a first time home buyer, Veterans United made it incredibly easy to provide any documents needed for the process, were very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had to make my experience amazing.
I had a great experience with Veterans United. The only thing I would have preferred would have been just dealing with my loan officer (Seth Wilmes) instead of introducing another loan officer 1/3 of the way through the process. It added confusion and required, at times, to do the same task twice because the new loan officer was not up to speed. It just added room for error and confusion. That is the only change I would make.
