When I first approached Veterans United for a loan to downsize I was apprehensive. I am busy all of the time taking care of a 4600 sq.ft. home built in 1935 and nearly 7 landscaped acres not to mention grandchildren's basketball games and other events. VU makes an overwhelming process extremely simple. The To-Do list is a dream and makes me feel like I have so much control in a process that is usually a bit uncontrollable. The videos are so helpful and our loan officer was amazing! Our previous lender called to ask how they could keep us as customers after they realized we were refinancing and I couldn’t help but laugh. I can’t imagine going through this adventure with any other company.
