Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! Crystaline, was great. Really felt like she cared not only about me but also about my whole family. This was a really tough sale, and the agents (seller and buyer) were so incompetent that she had to start reaching out because no information was coming through.I know she fought hard to get as many fees waived for us, and I am very grateful for her. Please ensure she takes some time off because she certainly deserves it.
