I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal message included with the coffee cup and Roosevelt coffee which is quite good by the way. I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail because I definitely mentioned drinking and buying this house for my son and I(his mom is coming too now :)) and it really just speaks to the gregarious and friendly spirit of your employees, all of which were great. I will say though that Ellis was the first I talked to when I called last year late 2025 and yeah he’s great and I would definitely utilize your company again and/or refer other potential home buyers to your service.
I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. Thank you Veterans United to make my dreams come true. God Bless us all and our Country.

Kelsey and Justin were amazing. They were very patient and thorough. Their attention to detail and great communication made this process go smoothly. I will certainly recommend them and will use their services again.
Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.
Veterans United is top notch for sure! From the loans process to the special appreciation gifts extended to me, I am so grateful I worked with them to secure my home loan. Eric Johnson, Brittany Miller, and Brittany Lucy are a fantastic team and it is very apparent they have the veteran's best interest in mind every step of the way. Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! I will definitely recommend family and friends to Veterans United and more specifically to this fantastic team. Thanks so much for all your hard work!
