I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Wish I had known about Veterans United before now but will continue to spread the word of how easy you make the process of buying a new home.The website is wonderful! So easy! And completely less stressful than buying a house years ago.
