As I think all of the team the put in the hours to help me get through the process of buying my first home did great, I do think that Heather Vivone stood out the most! She answered the phone almost every time I called and when she didn’t she got back to me within twenty minutes or less. Heather was on top of her job the step of the way. Always there to answer any of my questions and help me over the phone on the computer to get everything done that was needed to be done. In my opinion I wouldn’t have been able to get through all of it if it wasn’t for her!!! I can’t thank Heather, Aaron, and Logan enough for all of the work that did for me!! Thank you all!

This entire experience would have been overwhelming without my whole TEAM backing me up. They made buying a home so easy, and it all happened in about 7 weeks. As I sit here in my New Home, looking at all the boxes still to unpack, I am so very comfortable and I have all the time in the world to get to them. Paperwork from lender was very deceitful once it was explained. Instead of having all the pluses and subtractions on one page they were scattered on different pages so it was very hard to keep track of them. The office was very hard to get ahold of unless I needed to review or sign something. And like I said earlier it was brought up to me the day before closing that I needed to bring over $4000 with me to close. None of this was explained except I was told my realtor should have done this.
