Rich Pauls and the Veterans United team exceeded all expectations for what I expected from a loan officer! Before connecting with Rich, I had previously engaged with another mortgage broker, and I stumbled upon the Veterans United website while doing a comparative market analysis. Promptly after completing the web-based assessment, Rich contacted me directly to introduce himself and discuss my home-buying interests. The call was enjoyable, and Rich accepted that I was already working with a separate entity. He provided me with a short list of services he could provide on behalf of Veterans United and offered to help me if I decided to switch home loan providers. After making little to no progress with the other provider, I called Rich back a week later, and it was the best choice I've made in recent history. Rich was an absolute professional, and I felt well taken care of. I genuinely think Rich and his team provided a service I could not get from any other provider. I never once felt pressured or confused by anything presented to me concerning the loan I applied for. Furthermore, I bid on numerous houses over two months, and Rich championed every bid. He frequently contacted both my buyer's agent and the listing agents to resolve issues and give me the highest likelihood of winning the homes we bid on. I did not know what to expect from Veterans United before linking up with Rich and his incredible team, but now I could not imagine purchasing a home without them! Veterans united was amazing. I tried getting home loans in the past and was always told no without any help. Great Experience Overall. I thought that buying a house would be a painful journey, but Veterans United made it simple.
I am very happy with the entire team that worked on my home loan. They all deserve a rating higher than 10!!! I especially liked dealing with all the members of the team, and was great to talk to each and every one of them. It also doesn't hurt that they are from my home state of Missouri.

The team worked so hard to get my loan closed! The estimated closing timeframe was 45 - 60 days, and we were closed in a record breaking 32 days!Ryan and his team were wonderful to work with!
