As I type this message, I say this with the biggest smile, and I truly want to say thank you to you guys for making this process so easy for me for being able to put me at ease and moments where I became overwhelmed.
During my process I was asked for a little bit more than maybe usual but you guys didn’t let me quit and y’all made sure that I stayed on top of it. You picked up the phone and answered it. I appreciate you guys 100% for my new home in which I love for getting me close so quickly for getting everything done and the one day timeframe and couple hours in order to get this thing close you guys are a outstanding team and I do look forward to working with you guys again 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend thank you.

This is written by the caregiver.... Adam knew we had a five hour drive to sign the paperwork. You would think they would have the paperwork done and correct because of this. Instead the paperwork was messed up over and over by Veterans United. By the time my parents signed their paperwork they had no clue what they were signing and they stressed this over and over. How could they know what they were signing, when the paperwork was constantly being messed up, this created much confusion. Also no food, a low blood sugar. My parents were abused during this process, not being allowed to eat, and being told over and over that the process was almost done while VU kept messing it up time after time. Six hours to close, not cool.
