Chelsea was amazing. She kept us informed. Answered all our questions. She helped us work through the hiccups on the way flawlessly.

The only issue was trying to confirm the VA rate after the rate drop. Overall anxiety plus no response for several days was nerve racking. Did not receive an out-of-office.

All included in my loan process were fantastic.

Our Loan coordinator was awful. We were supposed to close 10 days sooner than what day we moved in. Fumbled paperwork was the main cause of this issue. Sending us documents late to review and asking for documents from the builder late caused multiple delays, which ended up costing us more in rate extension fees. We were very upset at the end of this process. But I do think they tried to make it right at the end, which we appreciate greatly.
