Overall it was a great experience. I know VU has been working with my wife the last few years to help get our credit on track. Without you guys this wouldnt have been possible. Thank you so much. Also I really loved the 2nd relator you set me up with, Shannon. He was amazing to work with and really helped make the process go smooth.
Joe went above and beyond to assist and provide information immediately and make the home buying process simple and streamlined. He was recommended by my sister and I will recommend Joe to friends and family for any future homebuyers. Overall, Joe is exceptional and provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend as he is the BEST!!!
Thank you all, very amazing team I'm lucky to have you all working your hardest to help me
Very pleased withthe exceptional service!
Thank you Joe
I appreciate everything !
I love your team
Everything was great. My only advice…When sending the appraisal it came with a cover letter. For someone who is a first time home buyer…I did my best to look over the appraisal and I missed the repair that was needed. Which when directed to complete the repair, it was almost a week later after giving us the cover letter and appraisal and 2 days before expecting to close. If you are going to send the appraisal with the cover letter…maybe adding a sentence in the letter to review the appraisal and make a note that there is a pending repair action to help someone notice it quicker to get it done instead of 2 days before the expected date of closing.Other than that I think the communication was great.
I’ve known Joe for years since I bought my first home and I’ll use him again if he is still doing this in 15 years. Joe and his team are what made me choose Veterans United. If he goes somewhere else my business will follow
I’m grateful for the team of professionals that assisted me with my new home purchase.
Joe keeps in touch, even a year later to give you any new information about your loan or rates! He is just fantastic!!!!
