Katie graduated from the University of Missouri before working as an insurance adjuster for 5 years. Now, she is glad to be working for Veterans United Home Loans because the company truly cares about their customers.
Katie has set a personal goal to go out of her way to help every one of her customers achieve their dream of home ownership. Helping people into a new home is a great feeling. That feeling of truly helping others succeed is why she enjoys coming to work every day. It is made even sweeter knowing that she can help those who have given so much for our country.

I want to recognize my loan officer, Katie Rose, for the outstanding job she did throughout this entire process.Katie was consistently responsive and attentive from start to finish. I don’t think there was ever a point during the process where we were more than about 30 minutes away from addressing each other’s needs. Communication was timely, clear, and reliable, which made everything move smoothly and without stress.She clearly knows her job extremely well. There were no issues, no confusion, and no unnecessary delays. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I always felt confident that things were being managed correctly.I am very satisfied with the experience and truly thankful for Katie’s dedication and support.
