The past few months we have been looking for a home in either NC or Tn and the first 2 homes we made offers on and had to terminate the purchase for inspection reason and each time I discussed this with Rob and Nick about the situation. The third home was the charm and everything had to restart and this time all timelines were kept and in some cases were moved up to support our and the sellers.
