Seth did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone in the market. He got me through the entire process in a couple weeks and was ready to close 3 weeks from the time we made an offer. He made it very easy and communicated with us very well. He and the whole team exceeded my high expectations. He was great to work with and if I ever need a home loan again he’ll be my first call. Thank you for guiding us through the process and getting us taken care of so quickly.

I was told that they couldn't get me approved to buy the house I wanted. My realtor recommended trying other lenders who ended up getting me approved to buy the house. Then I get a call from Seth saying he's pretty sure he can get me approved. He also told me that if I went with another lender I was going to have to pay for the appraisal. So I gave him another chance. The day before closing Seth messages me and tells me that someone forgot to let him know that I was to pay part of the realtors fee. Then he tells me that Veterans United will pay $1000 and that the realtor was going to waive the remaining $255. When we closed the appraisal fee was listed in my cost. When asked, Seth says that the $1000 that Veterans United gave for the realtors fee was all that I was getting. He never once mentioned that I was going to have to pay for the appraisal since Veterans United helped with the realtors fee. If it wasn't for my realtor, this house would have been back on the market and I would have never closed on it. I don't feel like Seth tries hard enough unless I find a different lender. This also happened on another house I was trying to get. It seems to be the norm for Seth.
