Wish I had known about Veterans United before now but will continue to spread the word of how easy you make the process of buying a new home.The website is wonderful! So easy! And completely less stressful than buying a house years ago.
My Veterans United team was great to communicate with. Too many times I was told the numbers were estimated based on their process. Once they tweak that process, the other processes and phases will go as planned. The new app is good overall. The mobile friendly views are good for their internal documents unless the document has a table. Hard to read outside government documents at the closing phase. I can not speak for long distance moves.
Buying a home can be stressful, but Veterans United made the process much easier. My loan team was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when our closing was delayed because the seller wasn’t ready to move out, they stayed on top of everything and worked hard to keep the loan on track. They answered all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and made sure we were prepared for closing. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone using a VA loan.
