Incredible—the best word to describe Jeremy and his team. My house hunting journey was a long four months. Lost so many homes trying to use a family friend realtor. But, Jeremy was supportive and responsive even after work hours to keep me moving forward. Multiple approval letters within minutes of requesting them; phone calls with advice and guidance; and finally, an aggressive realtor to get the job done! Philip is very unprofessional her only quells via text after normal 9-5 business hours and only at his convenience, NOT the buyer and NOT the seller and will not communicate effectively with the agents in regards to urgent timelines. Clearly demonstrated lack of regulatory knowledge resulting in delays, confusion about funding, and missed settlement dates, yes more than one missed settlement date on the same property. Do not go with Philip and his team, I would be hesitant to recommend veterans united again because even colleagues do not communicate effectively.
