I received an email telling me that I could log in and get my electronic payoff statement. But when I log in, I can't find the statement. Not very user friendly!

The constant support by VU entire home buying team and their follow ups was great. I know some of the office work goes on every day once the work order gets there, but letting me know helped with the anxiety of buying a home. I felt it made me central to the process.
