She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance.
Kelly, my loan coordinator, was amazing as well! She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving, and our closing ended up being moved up, which meant so much to our family.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, personable, and truly cared about making this a positive experience. I never felt like just another file, they treated us like people. I'm so grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage team that genuinely goes above and beyond!
The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home. I was given a good solid understanding of things so that I was confident and comfortable with my decision once it came to closing on a home! I am very grateful to the team I worked with!

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real. Veterans United was excellent! They process me and my husband loan, then they set up the realtor, my internet/ security resources for electric, water turned on! They did everything for us to help us to feel comfortable while purchasing a house! I even had a concierge who helped in everything to help my move to be easy!
