I want to start by thanking Garrick Stoker, who was instrumental in getting my pre-approval and was always patient and helpful in running numbers whenever I asked. I also want to thank Scott for his consistent guidance throughout the process. A huge thank you to Bailey and Nicole as well—the team communicated so well and handled the transition of my documents seamlessly. Everyone was incredibly helpful, walked me through my Closing Disclosure clearly, and made the funding process a breeze. Their professionalism made my home-buying process much less stressful. I highly recommend them!

The experience I had was very pleasant, I was always being checked on, but it never got annoying. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner.
I’m a Marine vet, I’m 30 years old and a single full time father to a beautiful 6 year old girl. Aimee and the rest of the team at veterans United did a wonderful job with taking care of me. I started the process on my 30th birthday and 45 days later I closed on my home. The team was wonderful and did everything with no hiccups. Veterans United is the only way to go! Every single person I interacted with was truly exceptional; in knowledge, customer service, experience and efficiency. As a first time home buyer, they made the process as smooth as possible for my husband and I. We always knew what was expected from us and if I had a question, it was answered promptly! I worked with Kindra during our process of building our credit up to purchase, Ginny as our loan officer and Brett as our loan coordinator. I can't say enough about this team!
