Tim Alvis would be great for someone who is NOT buying their first house. He would be a great candidate for someone who is an experienced buyer. It was not a good experience for me and my husband and we were disappointed in his complacency that ultimately changed our closing date and our view of veterans United home loans.

From the very beginning Veterans United was impressive. It started with a simple inquiry online, and within minutes, Lauren called. At that time my wife and I were on a trip, so I gathered some quick info, and explained to Lauren that I would be in touch after our trip. She listened and let me reach out to her once we were back home. Once we got started on the loan process, it could not have gone smoother.
