They did everything for us to help us to feel comfortable while purchasing a house! I even had a concierge who helped in everything to help my move to be easy!

This was not my first home buying experience but it was ABSOLUTELY my BEST home buying experience. I am so blessed to have worked with such a GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE. They really took care of me. First, they connected me with a Real Estate Agent who is utterly the BEST AGENT in my city. From house hunting to closing they were prompt in communicating with me, always responding with kindness and patience. My Loan Officer even made herself available to answer my questions on the weekend.I cannot express the easiness of this home buying experience. Using the Veterans United app to receive and upload documents made the entire process uncomplicated. The “To-Do” list within the myVU app was my own personal guide. With it I knew exactly what my VU team needed from me. The app also included short informative videos, which were optional to watch, to guide me through the steps from beginning to beyond closing.My VU Team shopped for the best Homeowners Insurance for me, home security providers, informed me of which internet providers I would have access to at my new address. In addition, I received discounts with these service providers because of their affiliation with Veterans United.To be absolutely honest, I don’t feel like I had a home buying experience. Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real.
