My experience working with Veterans United was everything I could ask for as a first time home buyer. Our Loan Officer, Mark Manos, did everything in his power to help us every step of the way. He provided timely responses, knowledgeable answers to every question we had, and making sure my wife and I are set up for success after purchasing our first home together. In May/June of 2026 we used Veterans United for a second time when my wife and I sold our home and purchased our second home. The first time was in 2016. It was Chad, Ryan and their team that assisted us both times. The level of service and communication was beyond amazing and we appreciate their team more than words can express. This is the second VA loan I’ve taken through VU and the reason is because of Mike Patzius. Mike helped on my first loan and he stayed in touch afterwards offering different advice on my loan and how I could optimize it. So, when it came time to get another VA loan, there was no question about who I would call for help. Mike took great personal care of this time and I would have no problem recommending VU to any veteran.
