I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal message included with the coffee cup and Roosevelt coffee which is quite good by the way. I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail because I definitely mentioned drinking and buying this house for my son and I(his mom is coming too now :)) and it really just speaks to the gregarious and friendly spirit of your employees, all of which were great. I will say though that Ellis was the first I talked to when I called last year late 2025 and yeah he’s great and I would definitely utilize your company again and/or refer other potential home buyers to your service.

Kelsey and Justin were amazing. They were very patient and thorough. Their attention to detail and great communication made this process go smoothly. I will certainly recommend them and will use their services again.
Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real. Reed and his team were absolutely pro's. For a long and difficult process with seller negotiations and multiple surpises, my VU team made it easy!
