I have used Veterans Untied several times and always contact Daniel Lowes. Daniel and his team are always available to answer questions I might have. While going through the process Daniel’s team would call to see if VU could help with anything including making address changes to offering resources for moving and getting setup at our new home. Buying a new home can be scary, but when a whole team reaches out to support and calm nerves it’s refreshing to let them take control. Trust is earned by actions and results. Veterans United earns that trust by the attention to detail they provide. Very happy to know I can call and they take it from there.

Getting started was fine, from selection of house forward limited to no info for me. Being told 3 separate times id get a call back which never happened. Was repeatedly told would come on 29 knowing I hade to have everything out of my old house by 29th. 2pm on the 28th no sorry it will be the 30th, this after asking repeatedly on Thursday and Friday if we were for sure closing 29th. Told yes. Now out 2nd set of movers at 1600$ and 3 days in a hotel for a family all with disabilities which is another 1000$ storage shed for days to store our house in outside shed at 226. So no this was the worst move I've had. Jennifer and her staff were repeatedly helping making calls and trying to get any information from Alex to no avail
Lance and Evan were a delight to work with. Lance always keep me informed and was very kind keep me informed when market conditions/ interest rates changed. I highly recommend Veterans United and will always recommend them to my fellow veterans.

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!!
