Couldn’t ask for a better loan officer and team. They answered every question and were always available to us. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen and am not tech savvy. I would have appreciated a phone call or text when my loan was approved. I waited over 5 weeks to find out my loan was approved in 5 days. This is truly unacceptable.
