Candy was super approachable and communicated so well with us throughout the process...there was no doubts, uncertainties, or discomfort with any portion of the loan process. Everybody involved was kind, friendly, and most of all efficient. I never had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for an answer to a question and I never felt like I was being left hanging.As a single father I've had to jump through a lot of hoops and everything the last decade has been a struggle.
