VU was very attentive and never once made me feel like a number. Mike and Morgan always had time for me and answered my emails or phone calls in hours not days like other places I've worked with in the past. I feel like we're old friends even though I live 2000 miles away.

It was great Jon Binkley ensured that, underwriting was a bit stressful but Jon had already prepared us for that and with two documents we were sitting on easy street.

The refinance loan process was seamless from start to completion. Veterans United has information concerning the steps to refinancing a home and purchasing a home from the application process to closing. This is an excellent agency for Veterans and active military personnel. I rate their service as excellent.
