Jamie and Howard went to work for us and provided us guidance and support during the entire process
Not just doing his job, he goes beyond measures to get it done. He has been so resourceful in helping get outside answers and concerns. He goes beyond to be a friend and listens to my concerns. He also helped me through the physical disaster of the home repairs by listening and offering references. I'm especially blessed, great full and fortunate to know him.In Mississippi or the continental U.S., HE AND HIS TEAM ARE THE VERY BEST!!--WILLIS SLANE
My wife & I are glad that we chose VU when we decided to purchase a home. Amanda's team were always in communication w/ us even after we close. Great customer service!
Derke and his team are outstanding. Super respectful, easy going, easy to get all the questions you have answered. i would recommend them to anyone!
We won’t ever go anywhere else for our loan needs. Rebecca and team offer nothing but their best.

I definitely would recommend and use veteran United again to buy a home. Everyone seems to be there for you.
Well, here goes! I would like to address the POWERS THAT BE THAT MAKE THE DECISIONS ABOUT who decides that the VETERANS who are looking for homes and using VETERANS UNITED CANNOT ALLOW THE seller & potential buyer to make the following HONEST/EARNEST REQUESTS instead of having to pay for an inspection from a person who is NOT a LICENSED ANYBODY in any of the fields they are inspecting. AND Use this method instead:
Buyer & Seller Agree to split the cost of:
Hiring A Local or Semi-Local Professional/Licensed:
Roofer Inspection
Plumber: Water/Gas Inspection
Termite Company Inspectioni
Electrical Inspection
ect.
THIS way it is done by a professional, someone everyone can TRUST, some who is licensed in that field and someone who both parties can agree on as well as the mortgage co./underwriting etc. Then perhaps, when the first one is done, the buyers and sellers, IF something else doesn't work out, the inspections can be satisfied for say IF the inspections puts a GOOD TILL date on with some exceptions that the partiies would negotiate on perhaps. But that would be better than paying someone who gets paid a who amount of monies and they are NOT proficient in all those areas and thus it is more expense on the buyer.
In addition, this way could also CUT down on the sellers' CONSESSIONS as well. So perhaps this could be a WIN WIN situation.
WITH all the changes in the world with technology; and even the TINY HOUSE taking over. WHY NOT GIVE US WHO LOVE OUR BIG HOMES somemore ADVANTAGES that are were it will PAY OFF!????
Thanks for listening.... I'm just a disabled veteran who is trying to do her part to live on a limited income and if it were not for my FABULOUS TEAM, Nolan Hout & Jim Lowry... this year would be even tougher for me. Thanks Veterans United for allowing me to share one of several of my ideas!!!
I'm looking forward to doing this all over again with my next home purchase.
