The team I worked with at Veteran's United was excellent. I wasn't so sure at first due to reading some negative experiences online but my spirit wanted me to take a risk. It was a risk that was an enjoyable and painless experience. Jon, Lauren and the team I worked with were top notch in my opinion. I'd go through this again with this team. As a veteran, I dreaded buying a house because of the unknown. My first inquiry about obtaining a veteran loan was answered by Madison! It was later in the evening and she answered my inquiry and obtained all my info and handled everything for me! Had so many questions, Madison took time to answer them all. She walked me through putting offers in and changing houses! Then when I found a house, Tammy took over and again- she handled everything for me, answered all my questions and they both made a significant decision for me - so much easier!!
I would recommend Madison & Tammy team- 100% HANDS DOWN!! Even when I eventually get my next house- it will be with Madison and her team!!
