This home buying experience would have been a lot simpler if the loan team had communicated better. We have multiple time issues come up that would have been resolved simpler if the lending team had answered the phone or returned phone calls sooner than 3 or 4 days later. Even when the lending team was responding, we still couldn't get the information we needed because "someone else" was always out of the office.

The real estate that was given to me the first time was more focused on getting her sale and her money. The second agent that was given to us didn’t even work with us because she unprepared and didn’t even know who I was nor did she have my paperwork even though she was referred and we had been on the phone previously . I had to find other real estate agents to be able to view and purchase a home

Looking back I would have done more research and gone with a service that offered a lower interest rate without haggle and lower processing fees

I work nights, being able to receive texts and access the account via my phone made a world of a difference. It was very easy to reach out and have all my questions answered, which relieved much anxiety in the process of buying a property.
