This is the third time that we have used Veteran United for our mortgage needs. One was a refinance and two were new homes. We have never had any issues dealing with this team. All three processes were stress free and any time we had questions the response time was amazing. They are professional, friendly and passionate about the services they provide. The whole experience was delightful, I truly believe it was made that way mainly due to the professionalism of the team that was put together seemingly just for me. All my team had concise, I never needed to ask for clarification on anything they explained from A-Z the total process.
I appreciate everyone involved because everyone worked so hard in helping close on my home. I definitely felt that they were rooting for me from day one and made felt like they were in my corner. Mike Wilson and and the lending team was awesome because they were upfront about everything. My Real Estate agent Michelle, was great to work with. She definitely didn't hesitate to call me and inform of anything good or bad. Lauren was also great from the concierge team. She did an awesome job by checking up on me and seeing if I needed anything. The whole team definitely demonstrated true professionalim and me me feel at ease. I asked a couple different people when we started looking for a home again if I could use a specific realtor. The question was usually disregarded. So I ended up using who was provided by VU. Tom and Phyllis were exceptional. Showed up rather late to the closing. But none the less showed up.
