I think the water concerns need to be reviewed, it took two weeks to get it approved even after installing a UV Filter because the property has a spring and cistern. This area uses spring water cisterns all over the county and in other parts of Western North Carolina.
other than that, the team of Jake Frogge, Lynn Heath, Logan Flett and Barbara McLaughlin did an amazing job.

I feel the underwriters were not very punctual or logical. Much was held until the last week to get completed and frustrated everyone in the entire process. The loan coordinator I understand had some personal things going on and seemed like nobody was a backup for her to take care of herself. It’s not her fault, it’s the fault of management it to ensure employees are provided time to take care of unsuspecting issues.

I really liked how well your online portal organized everything. It was very easy to keep track of all the paperwork and tasks. The whole experience was so much better than our previous homebuying adventure.





I really did most of the process on my phone. This was all a matter of a really great team that works well together and cares about the veteran they are serving. I will pass the word on to all the veterans I know about how quickly my team made this happen.
