The only thing I can say it's alot of unneeded information and repeated information that slow down the house buying. If I already got pre approved then approved why am I sending the same information I already sent
The portal was very easy to use and intuitive. Our loan team was great to work with- they didn’t pressure us and were responsive. We would definitely use VU again.

I was told there was no way I could find a house and close on it in 6 months or less. These people made it happen. All the people that I worked with individually were great, but as a team they are amazing!! One person would start something another would follow up. No one ever "dropped the ball". As closing came close everyone reviewed closing needs and needs for utilities and moving. this team made the whole process so stress free and exciting from start to finish. I would recommend each one individually to anyone looking for a home to purchase.
