Had a really long process because of easement issues. I worked hard with Mark Sexton to fix things was a little disappoined that some of the charges went up becasue of all the leg work I did. But Mark was great to work with
My hat is a off to the whole team. Matthew, Mat, Erica, and Maureen were the best to work with. Had answers to all my questions, helped me through the process, and made the purchase of my house with ease. Hope all who use VU have to same experience I did.

I was comparing services between this and USAA and I went with Veterans United Home Loans because they were very customer. Service oriented and Chris kept getting back to me in a very quick manner.
Veterans United I feel really looked out for the veterans even though they may not be affiliated with the veterans affairs, but they were totally outstanding understanding Patient knowledgeable just everything thank you thank you thank you!!
My only suggestion is to have one point of contact. It was especially confusing when emailing. But everyone was very helpful.
