We definitely recommend Veterans United for a home loan. The process was easy to start and the To-Do list kept us on track for what needed to be submitted and when. Each person on the loan team and the home-buying concierge was incredibly nice and helpful. We never felt taken advantage of or like we were being pushed into something we couldn't handle. All the videos on their site explaining each step in-depth was super helpful and made us feel comfortable with the process and being realistic about what to expect. Can't thank y'all enough for getting us into our first home!

Jeremy Henry was great. I’d give HIM a 10. His team was horrible. This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had with home buying.
The process was stressful and rocky.
Jeremy was always very communicative and kind. Very sad his team was always lost. Would recommend Jeremy not Veterans United.
