(1) The process took too long
(2) We didn't get final approval until a few days for closing
(3) Having to resend the same documents multiple times
(4) Having to work with, deal with multiple people, 4 or 5 people was exhausting & annoying
(5) People not responding to emails & text messages
(6) The constant "To Do List"
(7) Veterans United sucked any & all joy out of buying a house
(8) At the end we no longer wanted the house

I had an excellent experience working with veterans united. The team made the process painless and the website allowed my wife and i to keep track of all our to do's. The team would always respond back in a timely manner and no questions were left unanswered. I did have a bit of an issue with the underwriter. I own a co-op in NY and i felt like i had to reinvent the wheel to try to explain to the underwriter that ALL co-ops pay their property taxes through the HOA (maintenance) fees and not necessarily through an escrow account. This created a few obstacles and headaches, but in the end it was resolved. Other than that i am extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the veterans united team and i would highly recommend them.
