We’ve done VA loans through traditional banks. In those cases, there were significant amounts of time where we felt entirely unsupported by the bank’s loan officer and staff. The mortgage process was frustrating and arduous.
Though I initially had my reservations about doing a largely online loan, my wife and I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to purchase a property.
