She took time to get to know our family and make sure we had everything we needed to close on our new home as promptly as possible. She was very responsive, hard working, and kind. She always found the answers to anything we threw her way. Julie remembered little details about our daughter and put together a beautiful package with woodland themed baby books and gifts to match her nursery.Ben was also very kind and attentive. Thankfully he was right there to remind us of the little things you would tend to forget about. Ben was quick to provide us with the information for finding movers, forwarding mail, life insurance, setting up tv and internet. He was very helpful and made the whole process come together in the end! We appreciate his hard work and help with wrapping everything up.It was an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know everyone on the team! They were all very professional, thoughtful, hard working, knowledgeable, and kind. Their hard work and dedication to our family did not go unnoticed! Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
The welcome home gift received was very personal and thoughtful.
