Having little knowledge concerning the home financing buying process, the first was a blur nearly 3 decades ago; But this one with Brian and his crew really educated me and my wide both. We honestly did not feel as we were simply another applicant, but we're people who were assigned a caretaker so to speak; We thank God that we were put in the hands of Brian Bradly and his team from Veterans United.

Home buying is an arduous process and can be overwhelmingly daunting. VU has the process from getting pre-approved to moving as simple as can be. During my experience, I had been telling others how much I was enjoying working with Kody and the team, but would reserve my final thoughts until I had seen the process through. It is safe to say I'd recommend VU to those looking for a home. Specifically would hope they also have Kody, Chris, Travis, Kelsey,Kelley, and Heidi along for the process!

Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
I have been in our new home for 1 week exactly today. I think I’m still in shock that as a veteran I am now an owner of a beautiful home on Lake Michigan! All the thanks goes to VU and their quick, friendly & professional staff. All happens in a blink of an eye if you are ready and serious. They have your back like family.
