This is not our first rodeo with Veterans United - but with each home purchase comes its own special challenges. Tim worked great with our agent and us. Constantly keeping us informed and helping whenever we felt lost and unsure of what to do. He made the process smooth and easy and took as much stress off our shoulders as he could.
Ms. Suzann helped us towards the end with underwriting I believe and she too, had the utmost patience with us during our 2200 mile move. The staff / team of people here are truly amazing. They were probably the best part of this entire move.
Very smooth and outstanding
Veterans United quickly acted upon my request to refi my home. Mr. Magasmen and Mr. Chiles was very professional and up front on the steps that will be taking place. My only complaint would be the amount of money that was taken from my equity. The refi process kept being delayed due to no fault of my own nor Veterans United. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services I reeived.
