Underwriting was always on the ball. Greg Wiele was also proactive and communicated consistently to guide us through this process. I wish we would have used Veterans United Home Loans for our last home purchases.
Over all the experience was very good. I did feel a few timez in my interactions with Craig Anderson he would be somewhat condescending in his response to questions. However he did follow up with all communications. Eric Raw also did a good job of answering all questions about the process.

My experience with VU and my loan team was superior in every respect. I can only offer the highest praise for the thoroughness and professionalism of Sam and his team. The team was attentive and communicative, certainly not what I have normally encountered in my 50 years of dealing with banks and lenders.
