From the very beginning VU was spot on in everything they directed me to do. My team was nothing short of amazing! As this being my first go round they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and I am truly blessed to have such a great team. I would highly recommend them in the future and will be back for my next home loan!

Streamline process
Smooth process considering I was a first time home buyer. Josh and Kat updated me when ever I had any to dos in the portal. They work around your schedule and preferred form of communication also. The whole team eased the stress of the process by guiding me every step of the way. Would highly recommend.
Everyone was very helpful. I had no real idea where to start with buying a home, but the Veterans United team made it incredibly easy.
This is the third time that I have sought the assistance of Veterans United for my loan services. I do not have a negative thing to say. In fact I couldn’t talk enough about how outstanding they are.
Mr Daniel Perry was my main point of contact and he along with Mr Lofton were on top of everything. I was constantly informed of updates and they checked in frequently with me just to make sure I was up o date.
The system of uploading and completing everything online was brilliant and extremely fast. At any time I was able to sign in and check status on everything.
From beginning to end the process was fast thorough and complete.
With my disabilities, this type of process can be a nightmare but Mr Perry and Mr Lofton stayed right on top of it so I didn’t have to worry.
I strongly recommend Veterans United to anyone out there looking to purchase or refinance. Their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and care makes them #1 in my book.
I would recommend Veterans United to anybody that I know that’s eligible to use them. The crew’s professionalism was so evident in the entire process. My favorite part about my loan team was how fast they responded to me. Communication efficiency was incredible. I’ll use them for the rest of my life!

The app and to-do list made the whole process so easy. It was basically a shock walking into our new home due to the process being so easy and quick.
The closing was a short time with the paperwork and overall the team did it very well
