I would recommend sending the email that takes you off the call list for other lenders to call you when the Credit Score people sell your information a week before you anticipate doing the Hard Credit Check. This way people don't have to be spammed with all the calls for the 5 day waiting period for it to take effect.
I initially put off buying a home for about a year after starting the process, and the day I called Nate and told him I wanted to put in an offer and it was accepted, his team began working! I didn’t have to do much other than upload some documents and talk to the team! They were a pleasure and made a stressful situation very pleasant! Highly recommend!

Everyone was awesome except the young lady who offered me the homeowners insurance. She gave me a great price but apparently she didn’t do her due diligence because when I called her and said OK, let’s go with it she said the insurance company will not cover the house because it’s too close to the coast, I think she should’ve done a better job before offering me homeowners insurance and because of that that’s the reason why did not decide to go and get a security system from y’all or anything else so that’s pretty much it
