My contract was substantially longer than virtually any other sale on the market but my loan team helped me out all the way through and even pushed my attorney and sellers attorney to be able to close before incurring more costs. Everything went really well. The only thing I didn't like was the way interest rates were handled. Watching them go up a full point really hurt. I don't know why I could lock in earlier in the process. The last time I was involved in a transaction like the we were offered a lock in that if the rates improved we would get the better rate.

Overall positive experience. Some negatives being the initial Realator, also I was told someone would reach out to help rent my home out and this never happened, and the VU insurance was 550% what my current quote was. Overall a positive experience and quick turn around at the end.
