Mr. Tyler Chinn, has done such a great job in his duties. I could not have asked for anyone better in assisting me in buying my home. His diligence is outstanding. Communication is excellent, his ability to explain all the steps of the process was clear and if I did not understand he was available whenever I had questions. He was my go to person and he was always professional yet when we got to know each other, it was like I was talking to friend I have known for a long time.
Would I recommend Mr. Chinn to others? In a heartbeat. Thank you Tyler and thank you to all the staff that was involved in this process. Thank you Veterans United!

Wonderful team what else can I say they’re on board very professional they keep you informed they’re watching after you, they make sure you understand everything.If not clear they walk you through, if you need more time they’re very patient and assuring with care, they’re the best. They give you their personal emails and text so that any question you have you can get your answer within minutes,I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a home they will make your dream home come to you with ease

This is the 2nd home purchased with Veterans United in the last eight years. It was wonderful to find the same loan processor as we used before which is a testament to the company as the employees don't turn over often. They did a fantastic job guiding us through the entire process and didn't flinch when we backed out of one home contract at the last minute, just to start the process all over on another home. I would highly recommend Veterans United to everyone.
