Thank you all I will always recommend Veterans United to all my family and friends.
Overall I’m so happy I reached out to VU and its team. I wouldn’t have ever gotten close to buying a home without them. They can help anyone buying a home.
Everyone willing to go the extra mile evan when not nended. Plus congenial and pleasant and great to work with.
You don't want to hear my review. I sent a private email to my loan team with the lack of execution and failure to deliver on what was promissed

Veterans United helped me and my girlfriend buy our first house while I was deploying shortly after minimizing stress, helping with unknown information, and they were available to the both of us 24/7. Couldn’t have bough our first home through anyone else. Thank you Veterans United!
From start to finish (almost two years time including credit building time) this team has been super helpful and I appreciate all they've done for me and my wife now we get to enjoy our very first home thanks to the veterans united
Great work team!
Everyone I worked with has been absolutely outstanding! I received communication consistently with updates and To-Do’s. As a first time home buyer the entire process was broken down step by step and everything explained thoroughly. The entire team kept my best interest in mind, looking out for my family and I. For that I am very appreciative for the entire team I worked. Drennan, DeeDee and Anthony are outstanding individuals and deserve the recognition for their hard work.
They made the process as easy as possible. They were a great team to work with.

I did not choose VU but was mapped to the service through Redfin. Then, I chose to stick with the loan application even though there were droves of loan deals come in right after the offer.
Everything was looking pretty good from the beginning, the web platform is sleek, the concierge seemed like a nice touch, my loan officer Danielle had done a great job in explaining the entire buying/loan process. This made the buying house experiences less scary. When I negotiated for a better rate, then you guys offered me a pretty good closing rate and I was expecting that is the number going toward final.
what I did not like was that the offer was not reflecting the final closing cost, far from it. And to make it worse, it was delivered the night before my settlement. I did not have a chance to review it or figured out why the final cost had gone up. Luckily, the money I set aside was enough, otherwise I would be in a difficult position.
I feel like I will get a better closing experience with others.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Cat, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. A member of our Client Advocate team has attempted to reach you and we invite you to connect with us further. Discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. Veterans United does not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, and it is expected that earlier cost estimates will differ from final closing numbers. It is our goal to be there for you every step of the way to explain and demonstrate all changes. We are passionate about turning experiences like yours into positive training opportunities and appreciate your calling attention to this aspect. We will always be available if you wish to discuss in greater detail.
